"Do not trust your health care and prescription needs to this CVS. Poor staffing and corporate policies created a situation where my PAID INSULIN WAS FORCIBILY WITHHELD FROM ME. I will never return and I strongly advise you to consider doing the same. This specific location is consistently understaffed creating extended wait times AND patient privacy is severely lacking due to improperly designed store front. I would rate this CVS zero stars if possible."

"Even though I could, the technician couldn't read the doctors handwriting on the prescription, nor could the phramacist. They needed to call the doctor, but were'nt willing to do so for 90 minutes and the doctor takes at lwlea 2 hours to return calls. I went next door to Costco's pharmacy, they asked me if I tried to use the prescription elsewhere and I said, "yes at CVS, but they couldn't read it". The pharmacist asked me which CVS and I said the one in Target. The pharmacist said well this prescription is pretty legible to me. It's sad how lazy the CVS pharmacy staff was. It was my first and last time I'll ever go to this CVS Pharmacy."
