"One of the worst experiences I had at a BBQ place/restaurant. They first estimated 15-20mins, ended up being an hour. Once we were called to sit down, we got table 35. The weather outside was very windy and there was a draft whenever someone opened the front door. This was specifically bad for our table as there was no partition between the door and the table. The draft caused our BBQ pit to keep losing its fire. We lost it about 5 times and have to keep asking the staff to relight the fire. They ended up having to give us a portable stove to cook. (Picture included) Lots of wasted time and effort here and relatively slow service due to how packed it was. I don't blame the staff on that, but management needs to hire more people."

"Really aesthetic place to have some good Korean BBQ with a group of family and friends! This is really a big fancy restaurant and in my opinion really nice to host parties here. There are many choices of meat to select. Most of them are tasty and delicious. Side orders such as rice and kimchi could take some time to prep, but what's really important is the quality and tastiness of the meat. The service is ok but I do think that the side orders should arrive earlier than raw meat. I recommend this place if you're bringing in a group of friends or hosting a party since this place serves big portions of meat."

"Update: better service this Friday with more staff. Great all day dinner menu with more items. Good value if you can eat lot of meat. Very good Hawaiian beef steak and also the pork belly dishes. Delicious and freshly made mixed salad that goes very well with the Hawaiian steak. Service was good but seamed rushed."

"Let me begin by saying that the Taylor server was absolutely exceptional! He was friendly, accommodating and professional. He even came to our table while he was on his break to make sure all was going well even though he had handed us over to another great server for the time being. The meat, poultry, and seafood were served nicely, fresh, and downright delicious. We will be back."
