Domino's Pizza

"Got a veggie and chicken pizza along with some tots and a drink. The veggie pizza turned out good, but the chicken pizza was very bad with disgusting smell that couldn't eat a bite. When called the store and complained, they sounded casual and said they can't do anything. I asked if it was fresh, and they said they replace the left outs every 3 days. I even asked if I could bring over the pizza for them to check for the smell and I expected if they could give a replacement but that did not happen and I just to throw the whole pizza box. Would never go back to this store again."

"Worst Customer Service at this Domino’s store. I wish I could give them 0 star. I ordered online jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread with no “BACON”. We are vegetarian. When I went to the store to pick it up my order I further asked the asian boy named “Terry” to make sure there is no Bacon and he said I double checked and there is no Bacon but when I reached home and open the box there was Bacon all over inside the bread. I called them to get it back and gave me the new Cheesy bread and have it delivered but they refused to deliver and told me to pick it up again. So again I went back and picked up the order at this store and gave them back the prevoius bacon cheesy bread but the asian guy named “Terry” was so rude and unprofessional with no sorry and showing too much attitude. He handed me the new cheesy bread even they prepared it so messy and looks no cheese on it. The guy “Terry” was so rude and told me that “you can even complaint me and its good so that I can get a new Job” So I just wanna say that to dominos that why you hired these rude people if they don’t know the customer service and even don’t want their jobs. I was regular customer here and it was so disrespectful this time now will never ever go back to this location and will also tell my friends not to go here again. Please check the previous photos of Bacon cheesy bread and new cheesy bread."

"I'm reading through the review and, I can't help but feel, all the less than 5 stars are being petty. It's Domino's- you know what you're going to get. It's very similar to every other Domino's across the nation. I'm very pleased with this location. They're always very courteous, polite, and punctual. I've never had a complaint regarding the food, and I've tried everything on the menu at least once. Thank you Domino's for consistently exceeding my expectations."

"The delivery driver was polite, that's the only good thing I can say. It looked like they seriously watered down the sauce on my carbonera, and it was only half of the normal serving. My stuffed cheesy bread had hardly any cheese on it, not sure about in it because the first bite I wound up with a mouth full of raw dough, so I couldn't eat. My friend ordered the Philly. It was ok, but the bread bites however had hardly any seasoning. On top of all this everything was cold because it took over 45 min AFTER the app said my food was on its way for it to reach me. Naturally I tried to file a complaint, but when I told the app no, I didn't want a free $7.99 pizza to make up for my ruined $35.00 meal, it just redirected me to the home page. Calling the store is a joke. Either no one answers for HOURS,.or if they do, you wind up with an employee trying to short stop you so they don't get written up. Ps just tried to take a picture of inside the cheesy bread, hours later bread is still soft mushy dough and shredded cheese isn't even melted."
