Mike and his team are outstanding in their customer service and fair pricing. For the last few years one of Mike's talented team members, Austin Skaggs, has been my GO TO person. Austin is always timely in his response to me and he makes me feel like he's on my team. I would highly recommend Austin and the entire Manhattan Insurance team for one’s insurance needs."

"We have been with MICHAEL PUHEK for almost 30 years! Ever since he moved to his Nipomo office (a little over 3 hours from where we live) service has been terrible but we stayed with him because he was my dad's friend. The worse was when we added a new car but the girl my husband spoke with never added that car. The only reason we found out they did not add that car was because we got the bill the following month and my husband found out that way. My husband was driving around in that car for a month without insurance! I finally had enough this last time because we added another car and the bill we got was higher than what we were quoted and nobody in that office could give us the breakdown or explain why it was higher than quoted. Another girl my husband spoke with said someone was going to call us to explain the policy but that person never called. At the beginning of this month, I finally went shopping around for a new agent and found one near our home. Our new agent is awesome, he reviewed our policy and actually found some questionable coverage that Puhek's office signed us up with that did not quite make sense. Anyway, to make a long story short, our new agent gave us a much better price with much better coverage (100/300). I am so sorry that we waited this long to leave Michael Puhek's agency. Such a shame how Puhek is allowing his office to get this bad. The girls there always say he is never in the office when we want to speak with him. We have left several messages in the last few years regarding our insurance and we never got a call back, we always had to deal with one of the girls in the office who did not know what they were doing. Either the girls are not giving him the messages or he just does not care. This is one consumer that is so glad to leave Michael Puhek's agency!"
