"If I could give this place a Zero i would. My husband bought a monthly Carwash membership and after showing proof of payment, the owner “son” refused to give my husband a pass to get his car washes. He said it was “not his problem” and sent my husband to Orcutt if he “really wanted a carwash”. Not to mentioning he reiterated that he “owned the store” in an arrogant manner. Not to mention his rudeness and unprofessional demeanor. He began yelling at my husband and kept saying it was “not his problem”. Way to run your store and care for your customers. Weve been loyal customers to this store and in fact have recommended it to many. Definitely loosing customers today due to this absolutely terrible experience"
"The store door is always locked in the middle of the day because the cashier chooses to leave the store frequently during business hours. And the sandwiches are not fresh and have fake expiration dates."

Also, they are home to my favorite car wash on the whole central coast and I drive from Santa Maria just for their wonderful customer service. Hats off to you guys, thanks Marcus and Mark!"
"The owner is always very pleasant and attentive. The car wash is great and not overpriced. They offer fresh clean towels to dry your car off. Free air and vacuum too. There are things this store offers that are rarely in stock anywhere else in nipomo."
