"Visited for a project and asked for some advice. They gave me a product recommendation, and when I continued to probe to make sure I understood the products, they repeatedly told me that "YouTube and Google are your friends". Despite how unhelpful this was, I've been trying to keep my spending local rather than relying on online retailers, so I purchased what the employee recommended. The next day I did some reading online, and lo and behold, they were right! Strangers on the internet were far more helpful than these employees. I decided the product was not the best option for me and went to return it. I didn't have the receipt (my bad, no doubt) and they refused to accept it, despite the fact that I told them exactly when I was there - only two nights prior - and exactly the time my card was swiped. They insisted they couldn't find the transaction in the system (funnily enough it seems to have still hit my credit card, of course). Meanwhile you can return a half-eaten bag of cookies purchased thirteen years ago at your local Costco, but a never-opened car part to Autozone the next day? Nope. I suppose I'll take their advice and go online next time I need parts."

"I came here Friday night to pick up new windshield wipers, as I sat out front in my car and waited for my husband to text me back on what exactly I should be looking for. I was stared at by a man named Jeff. As I was waiting for my husband to get back to me, he continue to stand there and stare at me and then when I walked out of the store to meet my husband, he told me I was not allowed to be parked there even though I was just going to grab my husband to come in and make a purchase, this was total harassment. I have never experienced any customer service this poor and offensive in my life. I will never shop there again. When I told him he was making me feel uncomfortable. He continue to tell me that it's his job, and that he did not feel he was being harassing even though I was explaining that I felt very uncomfortable."
