"They had what I needed. The younger guys were pretty nice, but the older gentleman and older woman at the counter seemed hyper bothered that I had any questions. Didn’t thank me for my business or anything. I came back three times each time buying something else and I did not feel appreciated. Likely will not come back. Edited from 1 to 5 stars. The owner reached out and apologized. That type of ownership is highly respected in my book."

"I had the pleasure to be assisted by NATE. I came in for supplies to detail my own car. I'm inexperienced and embarrassed to ask for help. Nate started a conversation, he was very kind and respectful. Although it was Slightly busy at that time he took his time and explained the things I needed and why. He explained how to you them properly. I actually left with with more stuff than I expected and it was all for the best. I suggest people to go here for great customer service and lots of experience. Definitely telling everyone I know."
"Had a really great experience here. Met the owners Paul and John who were incredibly nice and helpful. Denzel also was very knowledgeable. They had everything I came in for and more. Comparing prices to online with what I purchased today, Tri Star was either a lot cheaper, or maybe a dollar more expensive. One suggestion I have is to post the prices near the items so it's easy to tell how much things cost. Either way, I'll definitely be back to support a local business, their awesome customer service, excellent product selection and good pricing."
