"I brought the car at the Amazing Collision and Paint Auto Shop located at 3320 Kiessig Ave #1, Sacramento, CA 95823 on March 5th, 2024. I asked the owner, Lewis, when can I pick up the car. He told me on Friday, March 15, 2024. Friday then, he told me the car isn’t ready and to come to pick it up on Monday, March 18. On March 18 around lunchtime, I called Lewis to make sure that we are on time with the project. He texted me to come at 4PM at the Auto Shop to pick up the car. I went there and saw that the car wasn’t ready, I’m sure why he asked us to come to pick it up. I didn’t get another call until I went there again on April 1st, 2024 and the car wasn’t ready again. Missing parts, horrible job, I do have pictures and videos how unsafe is that car at the moment. He asked me to pay for that job and to be only cash. If not, he will charge me every single day 400$ if I’m not going to pay him until he will put a lien on the car, because he has a dealer license. The new shop did remove the bumper and found out that he just glued it instead of properly installing it."
