"My family and I love this hotel even though it is currently under renovation. Check-in: there was no wait with plenty of staff to help. Someone immediately came to help us with all of our luggage, which was awesome because we had more than we could easily maneuver. The room: lovely and we can tell it was recently renovated. Everything was in good working order. The staff: everyone was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoy Steve, Ashley, Vanessa, and Pete in the bar area; top notch folks. I liked the Japanese theme curtains in the room as well as the landscaping in the courtyard; it's nice and different compared to other Double Tree Hotels. Diamond members have a $18 food and beverage credit for up to 2 people in a room for a total of $36/night. That is easily used at their restaurant for breakfast or dinner. We used it for dinner and everything on the menu was delicious. Dining in has 50% off happy hour menu specials as well. This hotel is the only one that doesn't charge for parking in the area, but that will change in the near future."
"Clean hotel. There are stores and other places to eat within walking distance of this hotel. My room was nice and modern. I was only here for 2 nights so I did not check out all that the hotel has to offer. Looks like there is some renovations occurring. Staff was friendly and helpful."
"I took a "sleep room"....these are located back.of the property and a lomg walk to get to..the room was equipped with a tiny iron board that stands a couple of inches tall..not ideal of u have formals and suits to.press. no microwave to warm food if u need. The room service menu was very spare especially for vegetarians. The lights did not work in the room i was in so.i had to haul a heavy night stand across the room to the other side. The bed was very small..seemed like a full. The only saving grace was the bathroom which was spacious and well lit. The pool looked awesome but could not try it due to time."
"Free parking, lovely outdoor pool, small gym, and located near anything you'll need. The staff is very friendly and aided with any issues we needed. Rooms were spacious and worth the prices. Would recommend to anyone."
