"I arrived late to my appointment but they still accepted me and my request of wiring my camper’s electrical components and configuring the remote locks to work with the camper shell lock. When I arrived I requested a quote to install roof rack rails onto the camper and racks as well. To my surprise- his crew stayed late an extra hour to finish the job that was requested literally hours ago. I firmly believe, Jay will bend over backwards to make his customers happy. He has fair pricing and it’s such a plus not having to deal with snobby corporate guys. Go to Jay at Shells Plus to get any camper shell related work done!"
"Communication severely lacking. Promised a shell in three weeks. We travel full time and had limited time in the area. No calls when promised we basically had to call every day. We were asked to move our install appointment a day later and we did. On our way to the appointment we were called being told our shell was not there. If he says he will call and promises to call, be ready to be disappointed. He works on charm and excuses. Avoid the hassle. Go elsewhere. We canceled our order and did get our deposit back. One star review for that. No option for zero stars."
