"Love NAPA, the employees actually know about cars and can help with your issues. Parts are always in stock, I've never needed to order one and wait. Better than any other parts store in the area"

"I'll go 4 for inconvenience, but Josh worked with me. He's a very nice guy. The starter I bought looked worse than my core turn In. Noticed wen I was bout to crawl under and install the new one in oops. Josh gave no static and instantly fixed my issue. This NAPA isn't a big store, but a shipping hub lol with a store. Definitely recommend this store never an insane wait, and all the employees are very friendly like Josh."

"very very VERY disappointed with the customer service at this location. I had place a order for pick up and was coming down from Subaru of hayward, this store being the last stop out of the 4 different places I've went for different type of pick up orders. I show up a little before 4:30PM as I know the store closes at 5:00PM and that pick up at NAPA is fairly quick as everything has already been processed online. This was the last part that I needed to install my boost gauges as I've been held back due to thanksgiving and other events going on this week and have had time to go out the way to travel to all the stores. As I step out my car I can already see another stranger standing outside looking confused and I ask if they are closed. He replied stating "yes and that their store hours say that they should still be open for another 30 minutes". I walk over to the front door and give it a knock as I see 2 employees still walking around inside with the front locked and all they are doing is ignoring us. I tried flashing my "ready for pick up" through the front doors window as it should be a fairly quick process and knock again and all the employees were doing was nothing. We attempted to knock a few times and also call the store location phone but they didn't even want to pick up that either. As were trying to grab their attention a second stranger pulls into the parking lot (making that 3 people in total including me) also trying to do a pick up order. Even with all three of us there attempting to get the part we need they STILL were trying to act oblivious. One ended up walking out through the back door and when we asked why they are closing early all he did was shrug. I followed up with asking if they have a supervisor and he just responded saying "the 1-800 number". At this point the two other strangers have given up and said that they guess they'll make the drive some other day and so I go back to my car and try to find if any other stores have this very crucial last part that I needed and as i'm searching on google I see two cop SUV's roll in behind me with their lights flashing. I step out my car and the officer tells me that they received a call stating that there were aggressive people outside trying to break the front door in. He takes a look to his right and realizes that there is ZERO damage or disturbance at all and that i'm the only one really there and I explain the whole situation to him. The cops were very understand of why I would be frustrated as I've been driving all day and the other cop even mentions that they these employees should indefinitely be in a lot of trouble as corporates would not appreciate this at all. As we are conversating, the last employee walks out through the front and the officer goes over to talk to him, the officer comes back and tells me that the employee stated that the store hours had changed to 4:30 and that the window sign and the online hours haven't changed yet. Nothing much could be done and the officers told me I should let corporate know, I believe this was handled EXTREMELY poorly as 1) the employees could have simply informed us that store hours have changed or actually updated them and 2) they falsely accused us of trying to break in and as I was the last one there I was the only one luckily able to explain the situation at hand. I am really not the type of person to leave reviews but this was such a bad look for the store that this just had to be said. I really hope to see some sort of disciplinary actions or some form of making this right as this is NOT how any store should handle any type of situation. I will also be leaving a message to corporates over the phone tomorrow morning."

"Very disappointing experience with this Napa store. My car battery died and I had no way of driving to the store, so I bought a new battery for home delivery. The next day I unexpectedly got an order cancellation email. I had to call the store, and they informed me they only deliver to home owners. If you live in an apartment they refuse to deliver. I had included delivery instructions so that I can meet the courier in front of the apt building at the street address, but they refused. It would have been nice if they had let me know this instead of blindly cancelling my order and leaving me stranded.Very disappointed, definitely won't be doing any business with Napa in the future."
