"What a terrible experience. We came in on a Sunday night at 6:30 PM. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get seated as it was pretty full that day since the 49ers game just finished. Once we were seated, we sat around waiting for our server for 30 minutes. Most of the tables had already cleared out by the time we sat down. The guy never even showed up. We had to ask another server at a neighboring table about it and he said he would go get him. We asked him to get our server twice and our server still didn't show up. What's even worst is that most of the other servers ignored us and we were told they couldn't serve us because it wasn't their table. We couldn't even get water. The stupid tablets on the table also didn't work so we couldn't even order using that. We finally had enough and just got up to leave. On the way out, we asked to speak to a manager to just let them know that no one even attempted to come to our table to get orders. We were told a manager wasn't available. This place sucks. Even a McDonald's kiosk offers better service than this restaurant. At least at McDonald's I could get actually get food and water."
"I ordered classic cheeseburger, and it was fine. I just did not like their service they are kind of ignorant. you have to call them everytime if you want to ask something. food is fine, 1 start for the service"

"Applebee's is about what you would expect but is definitely a cheaper option. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of TVs on. The endless boneless wings were a good deal you just need to be quick to order your next round."
"This was my first time having Applebees and I was pleasantly surprised. - Pretzel appetizer is insanely filling. They were crispy on the outside and chewy on the in. Salty as hell but I just swiped the crystals off the top and it was fine. - Mozzarella sticks came out piping hot with cheese pull. Lots of marinara sauce for dipping. Delicious. - Chicken tenders were crunchy and flavorful. Not very juicy but tasty. - Ribs didn't have a ton of meat on them but flavor was satisfying for the expectation that I had going in. The 2-for deals are phenomenal for the amount of food. You can get anything and they balance out the price between the $20-$30 ranges. Service was also very good when I went. Our waiter came by frequently to check on us and got beers and food out quickly."
