"They don't perform services on Subaru drive trains - final drive/ front diff or rear diff. I had them rotate my tires... and had to tell them to cross rotate for an all-wheel drive vehicle. Furthermore... ever since they touched the wheels, my car has been making a grinding sound when turning. From the moment I left the lot. I will NEVER take ANY vehicle here again."
"I personally don’t recommend this place. They don’t do much of anything. I was told there was no service history on my coolant, transmission, power steering, and serpentine belt. I gave them the okay to change all of it. Only thing other than my oil that got changed was the coolant. The employees are friendly and nice. 3,000 miles for a fully synthetic oil I never heard of either. I really tried to like this place. But I really don’t think they really did the inspection that the website says it does. I’ll be going back to oilstop. I paid $278. $106.99 for oil and oil filter. $2.50 for Hazardous waste fee. $19.99 for fuel treatment. $129.99 for the coolant change."
"3 stars because of the helpful staff. Wouldn't recommend this based on price. Everything is more expensive than competitors in the area. Keeps eyes out for the Recommend Return Miles on the reminder stickers here, they "recommend" full synthetic to be brought after 3k miles, 2 thousand miles before actual recommended time to bring the vehicle in for its next oil change. They also charge $35.99 for an additional quart of oil (synthetic) if your vehicle needs it"
"Been going here for years and love it! Always super fast. Woman with the bright pink hair handled the transaction today and was very professional and pleasant to interact with. The team she was working with was also very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable there and would trust them with my car anytime!"
