"We used Napa Valley Tours and Transportation for a two day wine tasting adventure for my mom’s 75th birthday and were lucky enough to receive JC as our chauffeur for both days. To say that he is incredible doesn’t come close to capturing how amazing he is! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the area and wine tasting in general but he also truly went above and beyond on every level. He was fun, funny, accommodating, and tremendously helpful. He ensured that our time in Napa was relaxing and completely enjoyable as he managed our itinerary and took the time to get us in and settled at each winery. Beyond that, when we were stuck in San Francisco with a driver who didn’t speak English several days later I reached out to him again and he was willing to offer wonderful suggestions on where to go in the city. He is a true treasure and I am so grateful for all that he did to make my mom’s birthday so seamless and perfect! I would highly recommend the company and JC in particular to anyone!"

"Used the service for the last two days for wine tasting throughout Napa. It was arranged for us by MG Concierge who has been fantastic. Our driver, Juba, was super punctual and professional and a pleasure to ride along with for the day. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the various vineyards we were going to as well as passing by. Same when it came to restaurants and other things to do. Both days worked out perfectly and he made us feel like VIPS. I would highly recommend this service to anybody visiting the area. Top notch!"

"We stayed at Auberge du Soleil, and they booked our private driver for the day with Napa Valley Tours. Our driver, JC, was excellent. He has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor, arrived early, is very knowledgeable of the area and of wine, a good driver, and just an overall great host. He called the wineries if we were running late, kept us on time with a friendly text, and was just an enjoyable person to be around for the day. We upgraded to the Mercedes sedan and it offered a plush experience. My husband and I like to travel in luxury and comfort, and JC + NVT&T offered an excellent experience. We will definitely be back to Napa, and JC will be our first contact for future trips. Highly recommend!"
