We were kept informed throughout the process and the quote was again accurate and detailed. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and all the little extras were appreciated. This team has a great service culture. Well worth a visit if you are in the market for a car repair or scheduled maintenance. First time to have my Jaguar serviced here. Problem with the oxygen sensor and batteries . Service was amazing and friendly. They provided a detailed analysis of the issues involved including photos. "Easily the best shop I’ve ever taken vehicles to get worked on. Three highlights: 1. The service is excellent—it’s actually just a pleasant experience to go into the shop. Sofia somehow remembers my name and asks me about my family, and they go above and beyond in a lot of little ways 2. They never try to sell me something I don’t need. In fact, their print out of everything that they checked is color-coded green-yellow-red so that I know what needs to be done immediately, vs. what should be done eventually. 3. Any work that I’ve ever had done there (two older vehicles, so been in a few times) has been done completely with no complaints. Bottom line, they’re competent, honest, and friendly. What more could you ask for?"

"On the recommendation of a neighbor, I brought my 2008 Hyundai Accent here recently after it developed some steering problems. Both my car and I were treated well. The folks here are thorough and take their time, and they follow factory maintenance recommendations. Don't expect a quick cheap fix. Labor is billed at $200 an hour. They pointed out some issues I wasn't aware of and I took care of the ones that my budget allowed. Sophia patiently answered my many questions and provided a detailed cost estimate when I asked for one. The necessary repairs were done within two days. I was happy to get a birthday discount and a special oil-change deal for new customers as well. Tiffany drove me home and picked me up when the work was done.
