"My experience with Mommy and Me was fantastic. Staff was professional. We chose the 4D Standard Peek- Pictures and Video package. We loved the technician as she made sure we were satisfied with our ultrasound images and she was the sweetest. I definitely recommend this location!"

"For my first experience with an ultrasound and my first pregnancy, everything was super smooth, overly communicated and extremely professional! From initial scheduling to ultrasound print out, the staff made sure I felt comfortable, were super sweet and friendly, and excited for us! easy parking, large screens to see the little nugget better, and beautiful warm inviting rooms - overall great experience!"

"I went for a 10 week 2D scan and a 4D scan at 23 weeks. Both went fine and we got what we wanted. Room was clean with big TV screen. The ultrasound technicians were nice both times. However, I had a conflict last minute this past Sunday and tried to call in to reschedule. They had several openings in the afternoon, but none of the timing was quite right for us. I suggested maybe we could reschedule it for the following weekend and the guy on the phone started berating me. I had to shift things around to make it to the 2 pm. appointment. Whoever was on the phone during late morning of Jan7th shouldn't be answering the phone if you can't be polite and accommodating. We will not be going back. I suggest choosing Sonohealth instead. I had an early private scan there and it was a much more pleasant experience."

"I unfortunately had a very negative experience with this company. I've used them multiple times in the past over the course of 3 years, so to experience such a bad experience caught my off guard. We had a gender reveal session booked for this past Sunday, the Tech kept us for an hour and kept saying she could not figure out what she was seeing. She kept claiming what obviously was boy parts was the umbilical cord. My husband and I very clearly could tell it was a boy. After multiple "get up to move around" she stated she'd need to book a rescan as she didn't know what the gender was. After having a medical appt, I had confirmed what the gender was and no longer felt the need to return. To this location as the Tech clearly needs more training on what a boy looks like. I called and spoke to the Owner himself as well as a different Tech who returned my call. They claim they would not give a refund, of any kind, no partial refund either. They also would not use this $58 for a future 30+ week scan. They have now lost my business and I hope they lose others. Their Techs are untrained, they do not know how to tell gender, they take way too long to scan you, when you and your family can tell before them and when they can't admit to being wrong they won't refund you. I'll never use them again. The owner is clearly money greedy and it's disgusting."

"The entire experience in office was great, the staff was polite and everything was very clean. I really do recommend that you go before 30 weeks to get the best pictures because all of my pictures were blurry and I had to go back for another session. Even after the 2nd session I maybe got 2-3 good pictures, and the staff still hasn’t uploaded my second session photos on BabyFlix which is frustrating when you pay over $165 for the pictures and session. But overall I loved the flat screen for everyone to view and see the baby and I loved that they had different ways of trying to get your baby to move into a better position for pictures. I would definitely recommend this place for ultrasound images."
