"Went in for really bad athletes foot that was not healing over the course of a few months. I have a few autoimmune diseases so I have a hard time healing. They called me to make the appointment after my referral went through. Upon arrival I was greeted and checked in right away. Front desk was very kind- they even had candies at the desk. Went back to be seen and the medical assistant was super sweet and professional, taking the time to ask about my conditions and concerns for the appointment. I saw Sakshi Patel, P.A.-C , she greeted me and introduced herself. Asked follow up questions, went over a treatment plan, told me what was being prescribed and why. She asked if I had any questions and took the time to listen, answer and explain everything. I really appreciate her attentiveness, understanding, and compassion. She is also very knowledgeable and that made me feel comfortable and confident in her treatment. Going back in a few weeks for a follow up and I’m looking forward to it."

"They treat patients like they are on an assembly line. Had to wait an hour past my appointment time to be seated in a tiny treatment room and the PA spent less than 5 min talking to me. Tiny rooms with no patient chairs. Luckily my issue is simple, don't recommend for more complex issues."

"Went in for a same day appointment. Was happy they were able to take me in however when the doctor saw me it was literally for 2 minutes. He told me everything that I suspected was wrong and what I told the staff prior to seeing him. He told me he would prescribe me something for same day pick up. He didn’t even do a thorough examination either for everything I told the staff member I had issues with. That was pretty shocking as I never experienced that before from a dermatologist… I ensured with the front desk staff that they were going to call in my perscription, (and I requested kindly to have it ready sooner rather than the end of the day due to the discomfort I have been feeling) front desk rep confirmed with me and told me she would reach out to my pharmacy ASAP. Went to the pharmacy to pick up the perscription and pharmacist told me that they were never contacted by the dermatology office! I was also promised some samples but they never gave me that either from the office. I am very disappointed as this was my first time here at this office and my experience was unprofessional. Highly would not recommend this place."

"Sigh….I did not have a pleasant experience although I really wish I had. I was scheduled with Dr. Mitchel, but Dr. Koupaie entered the room. I was never informed that there was a provider switch and when I brought it to the staff’s attention their response was as long as the referral is for the organization then I can see anyone in the practice. That is not the point. Dr. Koupaie did not introduce himself by name or role, simply opened the exam room and started talking about treatment based on the information the staff provided him. When I tried to redirect and said hello he simply said hi and returned to what he was talking about. Bedside manner was unsatisfactory. I wish I would have done my homework and read the reviews before I went the appointment. My appointment was late, i am reasonable so I understand life happens-by he spent 3 minutes in the room talking at me. I spent more time with the office staff member before the appointment than I did with the dermatologist. Would recommend seeking care and treatment elsewhere."

"I had an infection on my finger that was not healing. I was going to head to the ER, but noticed on Yelp they allowed walk ins, so I though I had nothing to lose. In no time at all I was seen by, the doctor. He was patient, kind and quickly got to work lancing off the infected area and sending it for biopsy. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and the patient rooms were clean and well prepped for the next patient. Glad I picked the right place!"
