"The Dr seems very nice and friendly, but I brought my daughter there for changing her crowns, they gave her medication and had us to waited 2 and half hours, even though the medicine only need 30 minutes to kick in. Then finally gave her the procedure and I asked the doctor how come you have to wait for this lol and the doctor told us because he has a lot of kids patients. That I understand but why scheduled us for three hours ahead for this procedure? So we’re not going back, no thank you."

"Parents do not bring your kids to this dentist. Dr. Hame Ewa and Dr. Marcus Ewa failed to take their time to diagnose correctly and communicate with each other on the work my 7 year daughter needed. The staff called me to cancel the procedure the day before and did not care one bit that my daughter has been in pain for 2 weeks while waiting for this procedure, they thought it was ok to just reschedule a month out. When I requested to speak to Doctors Ewa (Married Couple sharing practice and patients) either one, they did not, and did not even offer an apology or show the slightest empathy for my daughter or the lack of responsibility and professionalism. This practice feels like they are just here to make money of our kids and are not really putting the effort a dental professional should."

"Great staff and awesome technicians and great doctor here. My daughter was basically traumatized from her last dentist she was being seen at in riverside at magic land dental . And the staff here is so nice and concerning and really detailed with my daughter on explaining to her that her experience is going to be a lot more positive with them and that she’s in good hands . And they were so understanding about what my daughter had been threw at her last dentist. They are great with children and really recommend anyone that is having issues with there preset dentist to please bring your child in to meet the staff and doctor. You won’t be disappointed I promise."

"I am so incredibly grateful to have come across Smiling Children Dentistry on my search for a pediatric dentist after moving to Murrieta. Dr Hame (I’m referring to both wife and husband) has incredible bedside manner with my kids. My five year old just got two crowns placed, not a fun visit but even then he walked out beaming. He had such an awesome experience which means so much to me bc as a kiddo with sensory issues, he hasn’t had very good experiences with dentists in the past. Today Dr Hame walked in full of energy and letting him know right off the bat that he would be receiving 3 prize toys for being awesome and kept reminding him of that plus the fact that he would be having ice cream afterwards throughout the procedure. This was so important in keeping my kiddo excited the whole time. Another thing that I extremely appreciated from both was the Dr showing and explaining to my son what tool s/he was about to use next and what it would do. If you have a child with any sort of sensory things going on, you’ll know how far this goes in helping them feel comfortable and therefore cooperative. I can see all my kiddos staying with Dr Hame for the rest of their pediatric dental needs and I am a-ok with that! Oh! And the cherry on top: I visited the Murrieta office first and it was beautiful. Today we went to Temecula and my jaw about dropped on the floor with how elegant and clean the place is! Even with a perfect play space for the kiddos we can’t pry away from video games ;)"
