"Great service since we stepped in. Front desk very cordial and helpful. We had a great Doctor, very attentive to the patient and very thorough. He offered necessary test for a better diagnosis. This was for 2 patients me and my mother 90. I will for sure return for their services when needed."

"To say we had an utterly disappointing experience at this urgent care facility is an understatement. Long story short, my boyfriend cut his finger and this was the only open urgent care near us. Upon arrival, just moments after walking in, we were informed that the doctor was about to take a lunch break, but that we should just stay because by the time we’re done filling out paperwork she’d be back from lunch and we’d be seen. To add insult to injury, the doctor came out and we were promptly shooed out of the building and instructed to wait in our car because we couldn’t be in the building while she was on her thirty minute lunch break. After enduring this inconvenience, we were finally allowed back inside, only to be met with more waiting. Fifteen minutes later, we were called back, but the inefficiency and disorganization persisted. The urgent care seemed to operate at a snail's pace, with little regard for the urgency of my boyfriend’s still bleeding, still wounded finger. What struck me most, however, was the utter lack of compassion displayed by the staff. From the abrupt dismissal to the prolonged wait times, it was evident that patient care was not a priority at this establishment. Overall, I would strongly advise against seeking medical attention at this urgent care facility unless absolutely necessary, as the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disheartening."

"Checked in to this place as it’s the closest to our home. And we checked in around 8:15 it was my daughter and I. The lady who checked us in had no complaints she was on the phone for a while and still managed to get us checked in. Soon as we got checked in this lady on the back appeared PISSED I told her that we just got in a car accident and it’s me and my daughter that needs help. This lady HER NAME IS LIZ or Elizabeth I believe is her name COMPLAINED sighed so many times and said “UGH WERE GOING TO BE HERE UNTIL MIDNIGHT” she handed the paperwork with so much ANGER. It’s insane how a medical “professional” works at an urgent care facility. She should work elsewhere and rethink her course because this shouldn’t be what she should be doing. It’s terrible!!! You are so unhappy go find something else don’t help people in urgent care or work in urgent care if you fail to be the medical “professional” you went to school for. That’s your job description. If you can’t fulfill it then find another profession."

"I had a great experience going to this urgent care facility! The place is super clean, all staff members were efficient and very friendly. The nurse that took care of me (I believe her name is Kailey) was awesome, as does the PA that helped me. They're able to diagnosed my pain and gave me the right prescription as well. I was feeling so much better the following morning and recovering nicely. Thank You Accelerated Team!!!!!"
