"I stayed here for Anime Impulse OC for the weekend. The place was alright, though when I checked out, the guy at the front desk seemed like I was bothering him (it was pretty early in the morning when I checked out though so thats a little understandable) and I wasn't given my deposit back (it was only 20 bucks though, so Im not worried about it). Other than that, the room was clean, the place was also pretty close to the Anaheim Convention Center, so props for that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I may stay here again next time, but in the meantime, please work on the customer service."

"Let me start by saying the person (forgot his name) working there was fabulous, he made sure we got everything we asked for and he was very polite and friendly in doing so. I highly recommend him. However, whoa, I just have to say that you pay for what you get and there is a reason why the room was so cheap. If you aren’t going to use the room much and you don’t need any thing special like ice then this is ideal!"

"This place was the worst place ever! I would NEVER like to stay here again. We were put in a room we didn’t pay for, the room was ghetto, there was graffiti in the drawer, the room looked honestly so bad. The photos we saw of the hotel look nothing remotely close to what we’re staying in. I hope this review will be somewhat helpful and will change your mind on checking into this place. (If I could put negative stars I would=^^=)"
