"I walked into Ace with a unique set of nuts and bolts needed for RV repairs. A gentleman working in the hardware section offered to help and found the exact replacements I needed in minutes. I was thrilled. This is why I value Ace hardware. Exceptional customer service. Then I went to the lumbar section to get a section of wood. I picked a plank on top of the wood stack and the assistant asked me to pick another plank because he couldn't move it. (Really?) At this point, I'm thinking this is the most inept and incompetent person to work for Ace. So I proceeded to move a few planks next to the one I selected and move it for him. Overall I value Ace and appreciate their customer service. What otherwise would have been a perfect 5 star customer service was tainted by a lackadaisical employee who clearly has no interest in working for his employer."
"I've been going here for years and I believe it is one of the nicest Ace Hardware stores and it is huge. They have a great selection in their nursery and the reason that I always go there is their selection of succulents and the price. I am in succulents and it is nice as they have big signs giving detailed information on the succulents. The store is nice and the staff is also friendly."
