"If you want a bank that doesn’t pay attention to the details this is the bank for you. I however would like a bank that pays attention to the details when dealing with my money so I will never use them. My father did unfortunately. He had an IRA account with them after he was retired. He had made sure to put his children on the account as beneficiaries. At age 95 the last year of his life he rolled over the IRA into a new one with a different rate. We, his kids, only found out about this rollover after his death. Strangely there are no beneficiaries on the rollover account. Instead of taking some responsibility center bank put forth that there was probably some valid yet unknown reason that he did NOT want to have beneficiaries on the new account at 95 years old. There is no evidence that center bank ever asked my father if he wanted to keep the same beneficiaries. Not surprising since he had worked with us his family to try to put these details into place to make things easier when he passed away. There is no way that they asked him if he wanted to keep the same beneficiaries and he said that he’d prefer to have no beneficiaries listed. Because of Center banks lack of conscientiousness and lack of attention to details we now have to go through the probate court experience. Thank you center bank"
