"Very high interest loan with terrible customer service. Was told the account had to be on direct pay so I did consent under the impression the debit day was the due date. Now I am being debited 5 days sooner and the representative explains that the computer just generated the due date but I consented the other debit date. They rushed us through the process and were rude on the phone. I will not recommend them to anyone!"
