"4:54 in the morning and I need cash but their ATM won't give me my money. The largest bank in the world and they don't have 24 hours customer service! I guess it's still because of COVID!!!"
"Needed a cashier's check. Nice experience. Haven't been inside the bank in a long time. The layout was a bit confusing. Was not sure where to stand in line until called by teller. One teller could see me and called me over when he was available. The teller next to him didn't have the view to see me. Once I approached the counter. The second teller could see that people were waiting in line. Very helpful people."
"I am closing my account with Chase who I have been with for 5 years now. Kenwood location is awful! They treated me like I was trying to cash in a fake check, when in reality I was wanting to cash in a money order that I recieved from my baby shower. They stamped the back of the money order with cancelled and because of that nowhere else could cash my money order because of their mistake! I lost out on money I needed because they were rude and wanted to argue with me and my mother for several minutes about why they couldn't cash out a money order. Since when do you need the senders account info to pull money out of when money orders are already paid for upfront?? If you're going to work at a bank know your basic info and don't be rude and disrespectful to customers. Even the manager of the location was arguing with me. Three employees all rude for no reason!! Very unprofessional! They should find new management and new employees."
"This branch is not very friendly and gives you the impression that they don't need your business. When I took a couple from Taiwan there to open a new account, we waited in the lobby for a good 5 minutes before someone showed up then we were told we need to make an appointment. So stuck up! The couple asked me if all banks in the US are like that. I said fortunately NO! At least the US Bank in Blue Ash would never treat customers this way, especially new customers. I have opened new accounts in Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and many different locations in the US. Never had I needed an appointment just to open an account."
