"I open two accounts with Truist a personal and a business account. I do investing with my investments firm crypto, I sent three ACH deposit from my crypto account into my personal and Truist rejected the third one which went back to my investment account with crypto; however Truist placed a hold and a block on my account. They have restricted me from having any access to my funds which has caused unnecessary stress on me, their fraud department is a JOKE really they hide behind their department leaving customers clueless what to do! They ask me to have my investments firm to fill out a hold harmless agreement and they (crypto) have done that and Truist still have not returned my funds to my investment account. I thought all banks once they have closed your accounts then the next step is to send the customer a check right? But not Truist they have my funds in recovery mode until the sender reclaim them! Well I have been explaining to Truist that I am the sender of the 2 ACH cash deposit! Do anyone at Truist know what they're doing in that department!! WORSE BANK EVER!!! DO NOT BANK WITH TRUIST!!! the branch that I open my account were at the Blue Ash Oh, when I stopped by to see whats going on and demanded answers and Mr. Klye Martin call the police on me!!! Wow! if this is how Truist treat their valuable customers with large amounts of money! Then once this is resolved I’ll NEVER repeat NEVER bank with Truist EVER again!!!"

"Their online support was terrible along with setting up online banking. I have spoken with 7 different online bankers between 3 phone calls to set up my account. It has taken 2 months, 2 in person meetings. I am closing my account with them before I even got an online login."

"I was the beneficiary on an account from my deceased mother . She had been banking with them for years. In trying to collect I was given three different answers from three different people on the process. It seems the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. My mother had an account with Suntrust until they got bought. Things got worse from there. I out my inheritance money in my bank. Never Truist'"

"I had a loan application all approved with a date for closing, but then never received the loan documents to sign. I was later told that they tried to call me but because I didn't answer the phone, they marked the application as approved but not accepted. They did call my cell phone but I didn't answer (I didn't recognize the number) and they didn't leave a voicemail. Prior to those calls, all of the communication had come through email, which was what I had anticipated. When I complained, they told me I could fill out another application and they would give me the same interest rate. I declined, because if they can't even figure out how to communicate appropriately, I knew I would not want to work with them in the future. This was Kyle Martin. I would not advise people to work with him. If you want to get hold of someone, leave a voicemail message."

"Save your money and time. Signed up in November week after depositing money and using my card twice i was blocked and told to go to a branch. I live in Columbus, Ohio. I am not here in Cincinnati to get it figured out and yeah. Im not happy. Basically nothing can be done."
