"The ATM had an error and ate my card before I could enter my pin. No one in the bank is trusted enough to touch the ATM so the teller offered to print a new debit card for me and I was on my way. Days later I noticed a $7.50 CARD REPLACEMENT FEE on my account. Your ATM stole my card and then you charge me a fee without approval??? I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to get the fee removed. I think its time for a new bank."

"Poor customer service. I tried to transfer funds between PNC accounts which I had done several times previously. Yasmeen the very unhelpful manager claimed my ID was incorrect and refused to make the transfer and offered no solution. I left and went to the Kenwood branch where Sean was very helpful and resolved the problem in about 2 minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid Yasmeen and the Hunt road PNC."
