"This location only offers ATM, mobile banking support and account set up/maintenance. It does not offer all traditional banking services. Unfortunately there is no clear sign until you walk in, I wasted money getting an uber there just to have to uber to a whole other bank."

"Chase Bank continues to have issues with training of staff. Could not process a cashier's check. Debit card was declined today, and I have no idea why. Staff was sitting around, ignoring me so I went to another institution to cash a check. Branch does not have cash. Would not recomment this branch."
"Staff was incredibly helpful in rectifying one of my deposits that was rejected on my phone app and at the ATM when nothing changed from previous deposits. When I tried to call the help line, I got hung up on twice. This was my last lifeline for money that I was owed and needed, and staff helped me get everything sorted during a busy day. Very grateful. There’s still no substitute for in-person service."
