PNC Bank

"The Hyde Park location provided extremely poor service regarding a $3000 false charge to my account. It took 3 days for for a dispute to even be filed. When you call they have no idea what's happening with the dispute they supposedly filed - there is nothing on my account showing they've done anything. My account is set up in a way that this should NOT have happened in the first place, no answers from the bank as to how it could have happened. Overall they have no answers, and have a very lackadaisical approach to fixing what is a major issue. If I wasn't following up each day I am sure nothing would have been done. Once this is resolved I will be moving my money elsewhere."

"Pretty disappointed with my latest trip here. Long line outside and in, which isn’t a big deal. I understand places get busy. But there were only two tellers available to help everyone. When a third teller went behind the counter, instead of helping customers she CLOSED one of the windows, leaving only one teller window for those inside and one for the cars outside. There were about 8 or 9 people in line inside. I ended up leaving and going down the street to the Norwood location and was helped right away."
