"My husband applied to refinance our mortgage back in October and we still have not closed. He had all paperwork in within 2 weeks of the app. The DLS and the BM went on vacation and totally dropped the ball on his loan. He had to reapply 2 weeks ago, which means another hard inquiry on his credit. This is unacceptable and unfair. How is this okay. The DM needs to step in and investigate this situation. I used to be a CRC 3 and this is unheard of."
