"There is a guy that works the window, he’s nice but there’s issues everything I go through the drive through. First there were three separate times the roll of quarters I got was missing a quarter. Always get my money last even though I pull up first between the two ports. And today I got out near $100, he gave it to me in 10s and 5s….. I should’ve clarified to not give me small bills but I feel it’s common for someone to not want that much money in small bills… it’s really the small things that add up to a bigger issue in the end."

"They don’t have enough people working the drive through. I was told they had a line inside and it would be a while before they could take care of my deposit. I may change banks soon and I have been a customer for 35 years"

"Constant problems, from money not depositing into accounts when it’s suppose to, Tellers handing customer service by transferring client problems to their robocaller coworker to avoid doing their job, to acting oblivious when confronted about the problem they refused to help fix the first time, to being unable to properly file business documents among accounts invalid. Worst banking manager I’ve experience in my life this far, Darrell Knight. With employees that also couldn’t care less of the problems their systems cause your business. With zero follow up from their regional corporate office. 10/10 doesn’t recommend"

"The worst bank I have ever banked with. Do not believe the promos they send out because you won’t receive half the money they promise, I can’t use my bank card for more than three transactions per day or you have to call and ask permission to use your own money?….. no. If I want to swipe my card 300x’s if I have the money I should be allowed to use it. Worst bank ever and I will be switching asap.. Chase bank is wayyyyyy better!"
