"My father in laws funeral was this morning and I have NEVER experienced such disrespect. While family was speaking the staff was maybe 20 ft from us cutting up, laughing, being extremely loud to the point you couldn’t hear the speaker….totally disrespectful. Then the woman handing out the obituaries didn’t even offer them to my sons (his grandsons) I had to say something. The water dispenser was empty, bathrooms were no stocked. My MIL paid good money to give her husband of 42 years a nice funeral and I feel like they failed her. They failed the whole family. Extremely disappointed."
