"One of the many companies in the city of Cincinnati that transports children. Unfortunately thier communication is trash. There professionalism is gone. It's more so about Management not the drivers or the phone reps. This company needs to clean house and get better staff in management. The last thing a parent wants to do is call about a situation and get chewed out by management about all the ways their child is not behaving on the bus and be told that's why their child is attending a behavioral center. Excuse me Ms. Ma'am. Last I checked you are not a doctor or a child advocate and you have no rhyme or reason to speak to a parent with such disdain. I understand there is more than one side to every story and situation.. your job is to remain in a professional stand point and state the facts. All the parent was trying to do was get understanding of the situation that had occured 48 hours before and no phone calls were made back to the parent after the parent left the message requesting information. Oh did I forget to mention their pick up times are never the same from day to day. Do better for the sake of the parent and the children."

"The owners should be embarrassed of themselves. There are issues with this company that are completely avoidable with the right staff. They give you a time frame of when the driver will arrive but the driver has no obligation to beep or to notify you they have arrived. Therefore you have to stand in the rain or freezing cold just waiting. Then they don’t notify you if they are running late so you could be standing in the cold for 30-40 min waiting on the ride that may or may not come. The lack of communication is a big reason why they rate low."

"Not a customer, but was behind van number 1050 this morning and watched this driver perform so unsafely They should not even have a drivers license! Vehicle made a right hand turn on Boudinot off of Westwood Northern Boulevard on a red light at damn close to 35 miles an hour without ever stopping, or hitting his brake pedal. This was at about 6:40 AM November 30, 2023. They should really remove that driver from their company before they kill someone!! I wish there was an option to give 00 stars because that’s what they would get!"

"I wish I could give ZERO stars !! Ride Right is Ragedy!! The drivers always have an attitude & DONT want to get the kids off the bus. We’ve only had one driver who gave good customer service & he was an older gentleman, sweet man, I wish I got his name. The rest have been older women with messed up attitudes! They never come on time & the time keeps changing without us being notified!!! I call and ask for a SUPERVISOR and I’m always told they aren’t in the office today & can never transfer me to their voicemail. Lazy workers. Bad attitudes. No customer service skills. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I HAVE DEALT WITH!!!!!!!! The drivers have NO CLUE about child safety, they are either 2 hrs early picking up my foster son or at least 40 min late after his visitation has started!! I call twice a week at 7am to verify pick-up time for him and I'm usually in hold for AT LEAST 25 minutes before anyone bothers to pick up the phone......I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!! No business model, no respect, no care about anything!!!! If able too I would give them a -100 star rating!!!!!"
