PNC Bank

"Been an account holder for 20 years and they've closed down six branches near me. I can only do cash banking at an ATM approximately 25 mi away from my house. Here in Cincinnati they've only got four branches and none of them are anywhere near to me"

"This is the worst bank ever. they are making me wait on withdrawing my ssi disability check till the next day. This is a government check too. I cash the last check and I didn't have to wait on that check either the funds was in my bank account after the check was deposited. I am not a happy person right now, and I will be looking for a new bank asap. I don't recommend this bank at all to anyone looking for a new bank to do their business with."

"I went thru the drive thru at 5:40 on Friday to cash a $4.59 check that I had been holding on to.... finally able to make it to the bank before closing time....I work long hours. The only other car there left after less than a minute. It took 6 more minutes to get my money because the girl at the window was talking to the other workers. Shouldn't she have finished with me, then talked to the others? ! It truly didn't look like they were talking business. (Which is fine as long as there are no customers.)"

I didn't think the previous long time manager could ever be replaced but you have made a wonderful choice in Ms. Klein. Thank you"
