"great customer service, very friendly and helpful Today is May 20, 2024 I called PNC Bank around 9:10am to find out why my online check was showing $1.00 deposit; was told they had to check and find out why this happen of course I got disconnected and had to call back;I was told someone would call me back with the information needed. I ended up calling back myself and was finally told I could dispute in amount since it was wrong. This is so sad because this should have not taken the majority of the day and by me being the customer pnc representative should have called me back."
"I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with several of your branches (Cincinnati area) in regard to the lack of available services and inadequate signage to inform customers of this lack of service. As a loyal customer with 8 accounts with PNC, including 2 business bank accounts and 2 credit cards, I have come to expect a certain standard of service banking with PNC Bank. However, on multiple occasions, I have encountered SEVERAL branches that do not offer all the basic standard services advertised and services offered at other banking competitors. There is also a lack proper signage to inform customers about service limitations. This inconsistency has led to inconvenience and frustration by traveling to multiple branch locations only to learn that they can’t accept my cash deposits and I even have up deposit a check on my own via the ATM. I understand having to do this after hours however some of us enjoy personal interaction with our bankers. I urge the company to address this issue promptly to ensure a better banking experience for all customers. Improving service availability and implementing clear signage will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also maintain the reputation of PNC Bank as a reliable financial institution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in the near future."
"No people work here its an automated system. The branch managers dont seem to be present or locked in their offices. There was a line waiting of people waiting for a notary service and the male manager could not be concerned what so ever. Several people left and said they'd close their accounts after that. PNC is definitely going in the wrong direction with having no one working on the floor to handle business."
"I walk into this PNC and there's as are no tellers, only machines that have live tellers at the other end. PNC used to be the most personable and best bank in Cincinnati. Now they are probably the worse. I have started moving to Huntington where they still have tellers and treat you with respect, you know, the way PNC used to be. Their greed and lack of leadership will show soon enough."
"During my visit to this location, 5/11/022, I requested to have a (1) page document containing my signature notarized by the notary on staff. She informed me she could not notarized my signature without the attachments. My mission was as directed by counsel for the purpose of emailing the (1) page document to their office. The notary's reply @ 110db was so loud, it attracted the attention of everyone in the Forest Park Branch office @ that time. I found her response and demeanor inappropriate for my request. Time to find a banker can keep private matters, private!!! Sincerely."
