"Had a great experience at this bank today. The bankers are friendly and professional, and the notary made time for us even though I arrived earlier than the notary services are typically available (11am-3pm). Great customer service."

Its ridiculous and feels very discriminatory when you're doing proper business as a black man and you're handled like a lesser than customer. The check met all criteria listed online yet was met with a definite No. We'll never bank here and would never suggest it."

"I arrived @ 1:20 PM, doors were locked, sign said lobby closed between 12 & 1 due to short staff. I looked in the window & saw 2 employees. About 5 minutes later a young girl pulled up, parked, got out with food & walked up to the door. She said we are closed between 12 & 1 due to short staff. I said I saw the sign & it was now 1:27 PM and there were 2 employees inside. She never answered or acknowledged, she called inside on her cell phone & they unlocked the doors & she went in & then I was able to enter. A different girl than I had spoken to outside and had been sitting inside waited on me. Transaction was easier than getting in the door. I don't plan on going back anytime soon or recommending this place to anyone. Now I remember why I closed my accounts here years ago! Had to do some banking for someone else or I wouldn't have gone today....."
