"I had a Great experience with friendly and EXCEPTIONAL hands on help at the front counter. Their was only one person available in those rooms, to assist with other needs and this person had an appointment. He was able to help me doing Several things at the counter and both he and the lady at the counter where able to still wait on other customers Shame on me for not getting the young gentlemans name. He was caucasian, I think he wore glasses. He had on a tie and a lip ring, if this helps with getting the credit to him. The bank is spacious and has a good atmosphere."

"This is always my go to branch. The tellers are so nice and welcoming but the bank guy that sits in the office is useless. I went in to start my son a bank account. After 25 minutes of me sitting there and listening to him talk to another customer about gastro problems and dog herpes. I decided that my business there was not a priority and drove over to the branch in Dent where they helped me and were so nice."
