"Very courteous and helpful staff, I know some folks think that parts of the banking process is a major inconvenience including myself, or invasive to our private information but this is our new world, and most changes are to PROTECT our best interest and our FINANCES, My wife works for a major commercial bank, changes sometimes happen on a weekly or monthly basis. I will say that it would be nice to have a direct line to each branch. I left my drivers license at this branch and someone called to inform me that it was left there, it was easier to drive to the branch than calling, anyway we highly recommend KEMBA."

"Absolutely terrible bank if you want to actually be able to use your money. Was told new debit card would be sent out and received in 5 to ten days. It's been three weeks and no card. They don't care about you being unable to pay your bills or use your money. Was told no one can see my card number but they definitely used the old ones number to confirm identity previous. I'm going to have to close my account tomorrow as I have to pay my bills. The well it should be there by the end of the week I was told when I called doesn't help me when it's already been three."

"I like Kemba for the most part. Being on hold for over and hour every time I call is ridiculous. Also I was told when opening my account that 6 months after being with kemba I could use my Mobil deposit. In 3 months I'll be with them a year and still can't use my mobil deposit. Which I really need to be able to use. I have called and waited never got a reason why I can't use it. Been contemplating closing account and opening one elsewhere."
