Welcome to Kids In Motion, a dynamic health and fitness program located at the Phil Cline Family YMCA in Huntington, WV. Situated at 917 9th Street, our program is specifically designed for kids and teens aged 5-14 from the West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky Tri-State area. At Kids In Motion, we believe that fitness and nutrition should be a fun and engaging experience for young people.

Our program offers personalized workouts and classes tailored to each child’s fitness level, complete with pre and post-fitness assessments. Over a 5-week period, participants will enjoy unique group exercise training alongside their peers. With the help of our cutting-edge exergaming equipment and a state-of-the-art fitness studio, kids will experience exercise like never before, in an interactive and enjoyable environment.

Each session at Kids In Motion also includes a visit to Huntington’s Kitchen for hands-on cooking classes, where children learn about the nutritional benefits of healthy eating. This is a fantastic opportunity for kids to bring these valuable cooking skills and healthy habits home to share with their families. Additionally, participants will have the chance to swim at the May Building, adding another layer of fun and fitness to their experience.
