"We have had their service for a long time now. Can’t complain too much about the service. I wish they would do upgrades for customers that have had the service a lot more than what they do and Boost Mobile and (Westmoreland) needs updated extremely bad. The windows are busted. it’s got cardboard or something on the windows. Other than that their employees are super nice"

"I had the worst experience ever and was physically assaulted by the Boost worker yesterday afternoon, on Camden Road in Huntington WV. I went in to try to get help because my service isn't working. She was incredibly rude and I didn't feel like she was listening to my problem at all. I understood this was an issue internally at Boost, but she made it very plain it wasn't her problem. She then told me to leave her store. As I was walking through the door, she literally pushed the door into me and squeezed me between the door and the door jam, resulting in bruising on both arms and my left hip. She then cussed me the foulest names and told my six year old granddaughter the most horrible things. I asked for her supervisors info and she would not give it to me. I called today and asked for the info for the supervisor, it was the same girl and she began to cuss me again. I understand this Boost branch is independent, but they have to answer to someone. I am contacting legal help regarding this issue. I have never, ever been treated this way ever. I am most upset over what my granddaughter saw and heard, which had her in tears."

The lady that worked there spent a lot of time to help me, was amazingly knowledgeable at her job, and even stayed after hours to finish my services and called me when everything was set up. It can't get better when it cones to customer service"
