"Updated: changed from 2 star to 3. Sam's refunded the cake in full. Nice gesture but they still need to be more careful. Original: This is the first time we've used sams bakery for a custom order. We ordered a smash cake for our daughter's first birthday. We chose vanilla because she had not been introduced to chocolate and wasn't sure how her stomach would handle it. Paid $15 for it. When she dove into the cake it was chocolate. Thank goodness she was not allergic! They should not be making mistakes like this when knowing is for a baby. The whole inside flavor is a pretty big mistake. Especially since the cupcakes that come around it were all vanilla as well. Just pretty upsetting and disappointing."
