They are cheap cheap plastic flags with one of their flyers on them. And every year these end up tossed around as litter by kids or end up straight in a landfill. They have no thought for our environment. For this reason alone I would never hire them."

"Huff Realty's Taylor Phillips sold a home with serious foundation structure defects to two widows and senior citizens for signicantly more than it was worth. Mislead these women into thinking she new the contractor she hired to fix a leak in the attic and cover cracks on foundation. has continually harassed the contractor who went above and beyond his contract to help the new home owners. He shoveled their snow from the driveway. Programmed the tone on the doorbell chime and bought on his own accord the doorbell button that went with the chime out of his own pocket. Built a handicap ramp in the garage and was never paid for the materials to build it or the installation of the ramp to only be told to remove it.carried items to the shed for the elderly ladies. The realtor Taylor Phillips threatened contractor with legal actionwhen the ground thawed and foundation shifted and the cement patch started to come off of the crack that was pre existing when the ladies bought the home. Also insulted the contractor about his religious beliefs. Taylor Phillips is an immoral greedy realtor and I wouldn't recommend buying a home through her ever"
