"Would not recommend. I saw DeAnn for a long time and she was consistently late and difficult to get a hold of. The receptionist was very short with me when I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment and despite the fact I specifically told her I moved out of town and could no longer do in person appointments, she rescheduled me for an in person appointment. Day of, when i attempted to reach out to DeAnn to clarify if my appointment was in person or telehealth I was ignored. Missed the appointment and when I called the office the same receptionist was very rude to me and told me I wasn't able to get any refills on my ADHD medication unless I was seen in person. I ended up being out of for about a month. You're not supposed to just stop those medications like that. Poor communication skills, low empathy, frustrating people. They sent a letter to my new house telling me they were no longer seeing me as a patient which was hilarious considering I told the receptionist that I was no longer interested in receiving care from them and would be seeking it elsewhere, but it's proof that I updated my address and told the receptionist I moved. Wish I knew her name so I could complain specifically because not everyone there was bad :("

"Dr. Brinkman is awesome!! He removed my thyroid and you can barely see the scar. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon. His staff on the other hand is very, very rude. That's sad because he's a very excellent doctor."

"I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction with Dr. Brinkman. Dr. Brinkman is exceptional. I normally have a fear of seeing a doctor, but Dr. Brinkman made me feel more like a friend and less like a patient. If anyone is considering having ENT surgery, you definitely want this guy. Thank you, Dr. Brinkman!"

"Dr. Brinkman seems like a thorough doctor, his office staff however are very unsympathetic and unhelpful. Dr. Brinkman told us to call, if my 7 year old has any problems that he wanted to see him and he's showing signs of another ear infection (which he just got over 3 weeks prior) and the receptionist suggested keep using the steroid inhaler. He's having pain and a low grade fever.He most likely needs an antibiotic. So, going to primary physician now and he will just refer us back to them. No thanks."

"He took care of my dad and my husband. Three times total, one visit for ear cleaning, one visit for putting tubes in ears and one for removing a polyp on my husbands vocal cords. He did an amazing job and is a very personable doctor."
