"I was stuck in the classic “dropped my car off at an auto body shop and left my house key on the car key ring” scenario. Unfortunately, that shop was over an hour away, so I had no choice but to call a locksmith. The woman I spoke with said it would be 15-20 minutes before someone could come out. That was fine, and I didn’t mind waiting, but when the technician called me 10 minutes later, he said it would be 35-40 before he could come out. We live in a highly populated suburb of Cincinnati, so this felt a little unreasonable to me, but again, I didn’t have much of a choice. I then realized no one had quoted me or told me how I was going to pay for this service, so I called the company back to ask for that information. I spoke to a man this time who told me he would have the technician call me back and give me that information. No call, and 50 MINUTES later two guys showed up with a tool bag, looked at my door and said “I can’t pick this lock (for $250) so it’s gonna cost $350 for me to drill a hole through it, which’ll take another 15-20 minutes.” Not having $350 lying around, I had to decline, and then they charged me $39 for showing up. And the receipt did not have the business name which tells me these men were contracted, when I specifically asked when I called the company and said “Are these your employees or do you contract them” and they told me “No no no! These are our technicians.” This company is just another scammer looking to lie, cheat, and steal money from whoever they can. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT CALL THEM. Don’t waste your time or your money."

"Super easy and convenient, cost a little more than a big box store, but worth it. Love that if I lose my keys I can go to any kiosk and use my email and fingerprint and have my key made. I may have all my keys recut there just to have that back up option. Because there is nothing worse than being locked out and a locksmith is very expensive."
