"BEWARE ATTENTION!!!!!! My insurance company Liberty mutual sent these people to my house to investigate any potential water intrusion.. after putting a hose up against a so-called structural crack that was already sealed they told my husband three times that there was no water intrusion coming into the house!!! Then when we called Liberty mutual to look at the report that American Leak detection put together they put on there that there was water intrusion coming in from that structural crack!!!! They completely lie to our face and to the insurance company I'm completely disgusted and thinking about getting a lawyer!!! I will be getting the situation investigated!!!! Do not use this company they're a literally lying to my insurance company so these people can be referred by Liberty mutual and making their money that way!!!!"

"Our pool had a definite leak, call around and all pool companies in my area use American Leak Detectives. I called, had to wait nearly a month, but it is peak season. Technician came, found the leak was a cracked fitting on a return line. He sealed it off and marked it, then got my pool running condition! We were given a quote to fix the fitting and placed on the schedule for Joe to come and make the repair. Joe did an awesome job and both he and the technician were helpful and thorough! Thanks guys the pool is now working like it should!!"

"I would never ever use this company again! They came out to detect the leak. They marked the spot and told me where they thought the leak was and if not there, then they would keep looking. I had the concrete tore out myself where they marked and all around that mark! We could not find a pipe leaking. I didn’t want to take another chance of them being wrong again so I called a different company. The new company came out and found the actual leak and fixed it immediately. The actual leak was at least 10 feet from where they marked! I regret not listening to my instincts and getting a second opinion to begin with! The concrete did not even need to be removed to fix the leak!"

True professionals they really know what they are talking about and went above and beyond. They actually straightened out all my pool pump and motor and heater and salt water system. Now it looks professional and will pass inspection also if I ever wanted to sell the home. Can not say enough about their work this and attitude of making sure everything is done RIGHT.
