"What an amazing experience with this amazing Real Estate Agent. Nicole knows what she is doing, she has the knowledge, tools and personality to get the job done. This is not our 1st experience with Nicole, as her and her mother has sold 5 houses for either my mother or the wife and me. Because of these past experiences, Nicole would be the only realtor we would consider using. Let me tell you about this last experience with Nicole. We put my mother's house up for sale. She listed the house on a Thursday and had a full cash contract offer in hand at the listing price before it even hit the market.
