"Our a/c stopped working a couple of days ago, as soon as @Prefferedhomecomfortandheating opened yesterday morning, someone was out here within a couple of hours. Our a/c compressor locked up, and the home owners before us had the a/c and furnace over 20 years and it was time to have it replaced. They came this morning and replaced both. Rod, Keith, and Alex went above and beyond for our family! They were all very professional! It works and looks amazing!
