"For being with BOA for 10+years I will probably be switching. Although I was able to get some of the stuff I needed done. I still left with issue. Staff wasn’t the most professional and made me feel like coming in was an inconvenience. Not to mention I called this branch twice (no answers) before driving the 45 minutes to keep hearing the staff say “you need an appointment.” And “we will set you an an appointment” were is customer service? For the most part everyone was nice. But for being a customer service representative myself I hope my customers never feel like this."

"I called to verify a cashier's check BOA issued. They wouldn't do it over the phone and insisted I had to come into their branch for that. I find it wholly astonishing they couldn't use the numbers at the bottom of the check to confirm the validity of it. It's a terribly inconvenient policy."
"Wonderful experience. I asked to do a wire transfer and was assisted immediately. No time was wasted. Dan was very helpful and made sure I needed everything. He was super easy to reach after I left the facility. Great staff and very clean place. Will definitely recommend going there."
