"This review deserves 0 stars, but I had to put 1 just to write the review. My grandparents rented from Shane for many years. He kept raising the rent and was rude we they spoke with him. They would call about repairs that needed done and it seemed like it was a bother and rude comments from him and his staff. They decided they need to find somewhere else to live because he was unpredictable. They left his home is great condition. It was ready for another tenant to move in. They treated his property like it was their own. My grandmother called his business to schedule a walk thru only to talk with Toni who is very rude. She said would not get Shane to talk to my grandmother. She told my grandmother she would not get her deposit of $750 back. My grandparents are in their late 80's and are paycheck to paycheck and this is how they are treated. This is disgusting to treat people like this. This is not how to run a business. Shame on you for treating the elderly like this!!!!!"

"The landlord is an easy going cool guy. His maintenance workers are very attentive, and get things fixed quickly on the rare occasion something needs fixed"
