"I was just doing a quick Google search to see the hours for Saturday and noticed such a low rating. I don't get that one bit because this branch has always been amazing. So, I just wanted to leave a good review to boost the rating. Be kind to the workers, just because you don't understand something doesn't mean they're doing something wrong."

"I was sent on a wild goose chase by this bank because of getting the run around to getting a hold off of a check that no longer showed as pending was told by customer service that a branch could pull the hold so I drove an hour to the closest branch where they were very helpful however since I opened my account in Tylersville was sent there where there branch manager and other employee would not even call anyone I was just told no they couldn’t do anything after three diffrent people told me they were the only ones who could pull the hold so now I am two hours from home with not even enough to get gas to get home but you guys keep your hold for another what 8 hours the whole situation with this bank I was just given the run around a complete joke"
