"I been going here for years. Pawning my items for years. Got my Nintendo switch out of pawn and it didn’t turn on so thought it was dead didn’t really think anything about it because I been going their for years had it on the charger for the day and it never turned on . I called him to let him know about it and said he doesn’t test them when they come in or leave that was a lie! And he won’t make it right for it :( so I’m out of money on that. I was in a house fire at the beginning of the year that and my game only thing I had that was worth anything bc I had it pawn. And yea I got it out around march then I pawn it again in September and it was working perfectly fine. I got it out last Friday. I guess just never coming back."

"I visited TEM pawn shop this past weekend in search of a nice digital camera to aid in teaching some photography basics. I chose the pawn shop because of their selection and because shopping at TEM in the past has been a positive experience. I selected a Nikon DSLR type point and shoot camera and purchased it. Having taken various pictures in light and dark settings with the camera for a day, I suspected the vibration reduction mechanism was not working properly. I returned to the shop two days later and explained what was happening. They understood the problem I was having and told me I could review their other selection of cameras in the same price range to find a replacement. I was having a hard time selecting a replacement camera and they were patient and worked with me to find a good solution. I am happy that I shopped at TEM and will continue to do so in the future."
